  • With minimal support from staff and volunteers, members of the group plan a program of actibities - from guest speakers to outings and social events

Building Confidence

  • Staff and volunteers supporting the group are there to assist you and the other members of the group to reach their goals.
  • Members are encouraged and expected to actively participate in all aspects of the group - including future planning and your own individual activities
  • The group aims to offer opportunities to members to gain confidence, reach greater independence and build a better quality of life

Moving Forward
If you would like further information telephone Sue Eden-Browne on 023 9260 4688. You will receive a personal visit or a meeting will be arranged to discuss the group with you before you make an commitment. You may like to make on or two "trial" visits to the group before you make up your mind.
